Job Overview (What You’ll Do):
Cotopaxi is seeking a Retail Inventory Coordinator who will play a vital role in supporting our retail order inventory and transfer order fulfillment within the planning department. This position involves collaborating with various teams to ensure efficient inventory management and timely product delivery to all of our retail stores.
Key responsibilities will include managing transfer orders through the entire fulfillment lifecycle, assisting with supply planning, monitoring inventory levels to prevent overstock or stockouts, and contributing to the seasonal product end-of-life process. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to handle large data volumes, with an emphasis on collaboration and process improvement.
Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in planning-related fields, such as supply or inventory planning, and will have a detail-oriented, solution-driven mindset. The position is remote with occasional travel to the Salt Lake City office for meetings, making it an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a focus on continuous improvement in inventory management.
