Job Overview:
The Reservations Agent will be responsible for managing guest reservations, ensuring an exceptional and smooth booking process. The ideal candidate will have experience in reservations or front desk roles within the luxury hotel industry. A focus on delivering outstanding customer service and attention to detail is essential. Experience working with reservation systems and a familiarity with luxury brand standards are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and confirm guest reservations in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide personalized service and assistance to guests with their booking inquiries.
• Ensure accurate entry and management of guest information, including room preferences and special requests.
• Work closely with the front desk, sales, and revenue management teams to ensure room availability and optimize occupancy.
• Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Assist with updating room availability, rates, and special offers in the reservation system.
• Handle cancellations, modifications, and any issues that arise during the booking process.
• Maintain knowledge of the hotel’s services, facilities, and local attractions to assist guests with their stay.
• Support the Reservations Manager in monitoring booking trends and preparing reports.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in reservations or front desk roles, ideally within the luxury hotel sector.
• Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and property management software.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Serbian is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Team-oriented and professional demeanor.
