Job Description

  • Perform general office duties, including answering the phones, handling incoming correspondence from costumers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Co-ordinate and control the flow of documents and information between hotel and Clients.
  • Work with the Reservations agent and Reservations Manager to maintain high sales activity.
  • Cover Front Office Reception when needed
  • Promote and maintain customer loyalty

Qualifications

  • Clear oral/written communication
  • Exemplary time management and organizational skills
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Previous experience in an admin role
