What you will be doing:

• Following up the process all reservation queries, changes and cancellations received by phone, email, internally, and corporate reservations via appointed reservation channels and tools, according to standard guidelines
• Answer questions about property facilities/services, and room accommodations accurately, up-to date and individualized to each guest needs
• Verify and sell room availability with the valid price points, up-sell and promote all Hotel facilities & services at every available opportunity in order to maximize hotel revenue
• Handle group reservations accurately from the initial blocking segmentation, status and rooming list update, billing instructions and record any specific arrangements
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly tasks as per checklist, including personalized pre-arrival process to build a positive stay experience and avoid discrepancies during the stay
• Daily reports for reservation, operational, and department head, including no-show, denial and cancellation reports supported by related correspondences

• Minimum 1-2 years previous experience within similar role
• Good communications skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded
