The Program Facilitator supports and co-facilitates participant-centered outdoor recreation programs locally and in more remote locations. Primary responsibilities of the position include Wilderness School program facilitation, participant care, facilitating risk management and program logistics, supporting intake and administration, and working with volunteers and community partners. This position includes leading multi-day trips and expeditions and requires consistent evening and weekend work.

Hours: 40 hours per week
Compensation: $50-55,000.00
