Contract Term: Two-year term, with potential for extension

Salary Range: THB 1,080,000 - 1,320,000 annually *dependent on experience*
*Note: Salary includes a variable, performance-based target component.
OUR VISION FOR THIS ROLE:
This role will be a visionary and strategic leader, responsible for guiding the overall direction and growth of the JUMP! Experiences programs. This role encompasses leadership and management of program directors and managers, strategic visioning, curriculum development, partnership development and management, financial performance, and staffing oversight.
WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE FOR THIS ROLE:
- Lead, Manage and Accountability (LMA): Demonstrate exceptional leadership, management and accountability skills, ensuring high-quality program delivery.
- Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a clear strategy for the growth and expansion of JUMP! Experiences, aligning with organisational goals and market trends.
- Curriculum Development: Oversee the creation and implementation of a dynamic, engaging and relevant curriculum, ensuring alignment with partner briefings, educational objectives and best practices in experiential learning.
- Financial Performance: Manage financial performance, identify cost optimisation opportunities, and drive revenue enhancement.
- Team Leadership: Lead staff development, create a high-performing team culture, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Strategy & Vision:
- Continuously assessing market trends and educational needs to inform strategic direction.
- Identify and pursue new partnership and expansion opportunities.
- Lead innovative program development initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to experiential learning.
- Drive the expansion and diversification of JUMP! Experience offerings.
Curriculum & Offering:
- Oversee curriculum development and implementation for JUMP! Experience programs.
- Ensure curriculum remains dynamic, engaging, and relevant.
- Guide the creation of new program offerings and educational content.
- Maintain educational excellence and alignment with best practices.
- Facilitate curriculum reviews and updates based on feedback and research.
Financial Performance:
- Manage the financial performance, including budgeting, pricing, and revenue generation.
- Ensure financial sustainability and growth of programs.
- Make strategic decisions based on financial analysis and market insights.
- Collaborate with the finance department for accurate financial tracking.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue enhancement.
Staffing Oversight:
- Collaborate with the staffing function to implement the staffing strategy.
- Ensure effective recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high-caliber staff.
- Manage staff schedules, workload and resource allocation to optimize program delivery.
- Promote staff engagement and a positive work culture.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Experience: 5-7 years of leadership experience in experiential education, youth development, or a related field.

Expertise: Proven track record in curriculum development, educational program design, strategic planning and program management.

Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Vision and Innovation: Excellent visioning and innovative thinking skills.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and a dynamic work environment.
- Team Leadership: Ability to coach, manage and develop diverse teams to expectations; improving performance, mentoring, and preparing them for future roles and career advancement.
- Cultural Competency: Prior experience in South East Asia or a multicultural setting is beneficial and strongly preferred.
- Certifications: Certifications in wilderness first aid or leading outdoor activities (water-based, caving, hiking, etc) are strongly preferred.
