This position is broad and encompasses the entire resident experience from making initial reservations while staying in line with the rental property agreement, welcoming owners back to the location, making arrangements for day trips, transportation, and restaurant reservations etc. All while providing a timely and exceptional level of service.

Guest Interaction & Service: Handle all guest interactions with high hospitality and professionalism, including resolving complaints and fulfilling special requests.
Pre-Arrival Coordination: Contact guests before arrival to arrange services such as dining reservations, activities, transportation, and more.
In-House Support: Assist guests in person, over the phone, via chat, and email with inquiries related to hotel services, directions, and events.
Hotel Operations: Check-in/check-out processes, room inspections, guest relocations, and owner bookings.
Software & Systems: Utilize software like Teams, Hotsos, Opera, and the Four Seasons guest recognition program to manage requests, communications, and billing.
Local Knowledge & Vendor Relations: Provide updated information on local attractions and establish relationships with vendors for guest services.
Safety & Security: Act in the absence of senior management on matters concerning safety and security, perform building inspections, and respond to emergencies.
Additional Duties: Perform other tasks or projects as assigned and collaborate with guest service staff for smooth operations.
About You:
Preferred experience in a luxury hotel in Front Office and/or Concierge or Guest Services.
Knowledge of Whistler and surrounding areas, highly desirable, however not required.
Fluent English (written, spoken and reading).
Strong written and oral presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment.
Strong computer skills, including a knowledge of Opera.
Strong problem solving skills, ability to handle difficult situations and guests.
Ability to work in Canada.
Strong commitment to service.
