Camp Chef is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join our talented team! This role focuses on Managing advertising performance across all publishers in line with the given Camp Chef strategy, focusing on media buying and execution across paid search, shopping, paid social, video, and display networks for both DTC and B2B initiatives.
This position requires strong platform-specific knowledge, including the ability to handle day-to-day management of campaigns, managing, and coordinating communication with platform representatives, managing agency partners and experience growing internal digital marketing practices including strategies that ensure top performance and growth.
A strong background in analytics and creative thinking are needed to effectively communicate the group’s performance towards KPI’s, provide insights from data, and impactful strategies that transform performance and accelerate growth.
As a member of the Ecommerce team, your work will be focused on Camp Chef’s owned platforms and websites. This role allows you the flexibility to work from your home office or out of our Headquarter office located in, Hyde Park, Utah. location.
As a Performance Marketing Manager you will have the opportunity to:
- Manage all advertising campaigns for Paid Search (Google, Bing), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Display (Criteo, The Trade Desk), Video (CTV, OLV).
- Drive innovative and growth focused channel-specific marketing strategies for the Camp Chef brand
- Participate in all strategy and budget meetings, weekly, monthly, and annually
- Managing Performance, ad spend, and daily budget pacing
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support key product launches and promotions throughout the calendar year ensuring consistent messaging across all initiatives
- Work with internal and external creative teams to provide strategy on best-in-class performing ads across all relevant platforms
- Manage audience segmentation for all platforms and all 1st-party data to craft segmented audiences in platforms across viable ad networks
- Optimize SEO strategies and execution with internal and external partners
You have:
- 3-4 years of ecommerce-specific media buying and planning (search, shopping, social, video and display) experience with a brand or agency
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as for Paid Search (Google, Bing), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Display (Criteo, The Trade Desk), Video (CTV, OLV).
- Highly technical background with the ability to adapt to new technologies and platforms
- Experience with data collection and analysis to impact media strategy and execution
- Experience with Omni Channel Advertising and experience with ROAS modeling based on Omni Channel approach
- Copywriting and advertising asset management
- Bachelors Degree or commensurate experience in Performance Marketing
Pay Range:
$76,700.00 - $126,300.00
