We consider our Shift Leads a stepping stone into our management team. Our Shift Leads play a very essential role in supporting the management staff with meeting the needs of the operation and responding to employee and guest needs. On any given day, you could be driving a shuttle, working as a Parking Guest Attendant or getting exposure to supervisory duties like monitoring the facility, auditing our fleet and responding to customer service inquiries. Pay Rate: $19 /hour with regular bonus opportunities plus tips when driving our shuttles!
Weekly Schedule: â¯
- Full-Time
- Overnight Shift; Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 12 AM to 8 AM with an additional shift on Tuesday or Wednesday from 12 AM to 8 AM
- Must be able to work various shifts depending on the need of the operation

Key Responsibilities of Shift Leads:
- Assist with daily operations including driving shuttles, working as a Parking Guest Attendant, and any other roles as needed
- Ensure employees perform their duties as required
- Monitor the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility
- Monitor the safety of vehicles, customers, and employees
- Report any vehicle accidents or employee injuries to management
- Audit daily work of PGAs and Drivers
- Must be able to contact employees to fill shifts or personally cover a shift as needed
- Work with all team members to provide the best possible guest service
- Comply with all regulations and requirements governing operation of commercial vehicles
- Perform additional duties and assists in other departments as reasonably requested by Management
Knowledge, Skills, & Experience of Shift Leads:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school education or equivalent; some college is preferred
- Some supervisory experience preferred
- Clean driving record
- Currently holds, or is able to obtain, all applicable licenses or badges as required by governing authorities to operate a commercial vehicle
- Must be willing to pass a physical as part of the selection process as required by airport, federal DOT and/or state regulations
- Able to read and speak the English language sufficiently (DOT Requirement)
- Demonstrates leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to assist with luggage
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word is preferred
