Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED Must be able to obtain certification or the equivalent: Wilderness First Aid, CPR / AED , and ServSafe Food Handler (we can help you schedule and pay for these trainings) Must be able to withstand long days of work. Some days may involve upwards of 12 hours of work β much of which requires standing. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills The ability to work within a team environment Strong organizational skills Commitment to diversity and to serving the needs of a diverse population
Preferred Qualifications
One academic year of college or equivalent work experience Ability to become an βapproved driverβ under the Dartmouth College Driver Safety and Motor Vehicle Policy Live at the Lodge during scheduled work week. Crew members are housed together in a single dorm-style bunkhouse with shared full bathroom, facilities (electricity + heat) Cooking experience or enthusiasm for learning to cook
