About The Role
We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Maintenance people to become part of our dynamic team. As a maintenance team member at Cradle Mountain Lodge, you will actively engage in maintaining and enhancing our facilities. You'll manage resources efficiently, roll up your sleeves and ensure the Lodges infrastructure, equipment, and systems are in optimal working condition. Your hands-on approach will contribute significantly to the safety and overall guest experience in this stunning wilderness location in one of the most exquisite settings in Australia.
Key responsibilities include:
- General accommodation maintenance
- Waste management
- Maintaining fires and fire wood for guests
- Spa Pool testing, treatment and maintenance
- Liaising with contractors
- Assisting guests with any maintenance issues
- Porterage when needed
About You
We are seeking a dynamic individual with:
- Previous experience as resort maintenance person
- Current Drivers Licence
- Current Working at Heights Certificate

Light Rigid licence preferred
- Trade qualification advantageous
- Experience in any trade
