Your Job:  


As the Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for overall admin support of our Always-On & Targeted functions. You will work with our Influencer Marketing Lead to ensure the success of our various influencer functions, both digital & IRL. In addition to supporting our cross-program product-seeding initiatives, you will be responsible for helping produce required in-season photography & videography activations. You will work with Influencer Marketing Lead to design campaign briefing documents, identify & vet talent, as well as maintain and build relationships with influencer & creator partners. You will take a highly organized approach to collaborating with the influencer team, 3rd party agencies, and cross-channel stakeholders on a variety of ambassador-focused & seasonal activations. You will keep the team aware of the latest trends on social media and pop culture, helping the channel build awareness with key growth audiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute day-to-day communication and decisions for influencer marketing and content creator projects, managing product orders/fulfillment, contracts, and digital assets for social media initiatives across all channels
  • Plan & execute in-season photography and videography activations, programming in line with core channel & seasonal campaign KPIs outlined by Influencer Marketing Lead and Influencer Marketing Manager, creating work back schedules and track owned project timelines in addition to sourcing, identifying and briefing photography and videography partners
  • Support cross-functional product seedings for Brooks Ambassador programs and other Influencer initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Organic Social Media team to align influencer and creator content assets to social calendar, helping build posting guides, schedules, & copy that resonate with key target audiences & maximize organic performance
  • Collaborate with Retail Marketing team to identify key colorways and SKUs to be featured in photography/videography projects according to retail & sales strategies and goals
  • Upload and maintain all influencer marketing content on Brooks digital asset management platform
  • Conduct searches on social media platforms to find influencers aligned with key marketing campaigns and manage communications with key influencers based on campaign objectives. You will build campaign recaps to report on results, evaluating key take-aways and future opportunities
  • Build product seeding assortment planners with insights from Influencer Marketing Lead & Product Marketing to ensure we are outfitting influencer partners with key products according to the North America marketing calendar priorities
  • Help develop influencer project timelines, schedules, and post-activation reporting
  • Partner with REX department to place product seeding orders and track all-up channel investment in inventory costs on a monthly & quarterly basis
  • Support our Strategic Seeding Strategy by identifying & approving influencer targets and working with 3rd party agencies to ensure alignment on overall KPIs
  • Attend IRL influencer activations & photo/video sessions, providing on-site support to Influencer Marketing Lead
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers that align with the Brooks brand and reach growth audiences
  • Maintain knowledge of current influencer, social media, pop culture, and industry trends to identify new opportunities for the influencer marketing channel

Compensation: The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $56,942 - $79,779 per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
