The expected salary for this position is $70,000-80,000 annually.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Fenix Outdoor HR Business Partner serves as an experienced HR generalist for the organization. As part of the team, you will be responsible for day-to-day human resource activities, partnering with company leaders to provide HR guidance, and collaborating with HR team members to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs. You will focus on compliance, employee relations, and coaching Fenix team members to find collaborative solutions.
This role is based out of our Louisville, CO corporate offices and reports to the Head of Human Resources.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide HR guidance on employee-related issues, including employee relations and performance management
- Help implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company’s goals and objectives
- Conduct regular HR compliance audits and make recommendations for process improvements
- Provide coaching, counseling, and support to employees and managers as needed
- Manage employee relations and conduct investigations as needed
- Participate in various HR-related projects as assigned by management
WHO YOU ARE
- You have been certified by SHRM or HRCI
- You have four or more years of experience in Human Resources, preferably as an HR Business Partner or an HR Generalist
- You have a solid working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and regulations
- You have previous success in performance management and employee relations
- Interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are among your top strengths
- You successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
- You maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment and discretion
Preferred, but not required:
- You have certification in and/or strong practical knowledge of California employment regulations
- You have training and experience in coaching skills
