Job Description: Escape Ensemble Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Home-Based Hotel Scheduler (Remote). In this role, you will be responsible for handling hotel reservations, ensuring seamless bookings and exceptional customer service for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Reservation Management: Process hotel reservations accurately and efficiently, including room bookings, upgrades, cancellations, and modifications, according to client preferences and specifications.

  2. Booking Coordination: Coordinate bookings with hotels and resorts worldwide to secure the best available options for clients, taking into account their preferences, budget, and any special requirements.

  3. Client Communication: Communicate with clients via phone, email, and live chat to assist with booking inquiries, provide hotel recommendations, and address any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.

  4. Rate Negotiation: Negotiate rates and terms with hotels and resorts to ensure competitive pricing and value-added amenities for our clients while maintaining positive relationships with hotel partners.

  5. Confirmation and Documentation: Confirm hotel reservations with clients and hotels, providing detailed confirmation documents and instructions to ensure a smooth check-in process for clients.

  6. Payment Processing: Process payments for hotel reservations, collect deposits, and manage invoicing and billing in accordance with company policies and procedures.

  7. Travel Assistance: Provide clients with essential information about their hotel accommodations, including location, amenities, check-in/check-out times, and any additional services or requirements.

  8. Problem Resolution: Handle any issues or concerns related to hotel reservations, such as overbookings, room discrepancies, or service complaints, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
