we are looking for Help Desk Specialist in Bucharest.
Job responsibilities:
1. To receive, quantify and settle individual email/ phone requests.
2. Consultations regarding the company's products (hotel base, resort specifics, excursion program, etc.).
3. To advise the agents of the partner travel agencies about the company's reservation systems, to give them assistance regarding the regulations and conditions of the used reservation systems.
4. To interact and maintain a permanent relationship with partner agencies in Romania and the Moldova.
5. Collaborates with technical teams and other departments to identify ways the company can develop solutions to customer needs.
6. Identifies system errors and tracks their resolution.
7. Completes weekly and monthly reports (periodic/requested by line manager) and ensures accuracy of data provided to management.
8. To participate in the specific trainings and to acquire and comply with the legislative provisions in the field of safety and health at work, in the field of fire protection and in the field of environmental protection (SSM, SU, PM) and their methodological rules of application.
9. Participate in webinars, famtrip, infotrip.
10. To immediately bring to the attention of the hierarchical superior any accident suffered by himself or by other participating persons.
11. Responsible for the confidentiality of data related to sales figures, profit, competition studies, etc.
12. It respects the provisions of the Internal Regulations of the Join Up RO SRL Company
13. Performs all tasks ordered both verbally and in writing by the hierarchical superior.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Experience in the Tourism Industry at least 2 years: Demonstrated background in tourism-related work.
- Experience in a similar position is a plus.
- Grammatically Correct Speech: Ability to communicate effectively with correct grammar.
- Language Proficiency: Knowledge of both local and English languages.
- Trainability: Quick and efficient in learning new skills and processes.
- Stress Resilience: Capacity to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Teamwork Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with others in a team setting.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree.
- Tourism bachelor’s degree is a plus
