6:00 AM - 2:00 PM


2:00 PM - 10:00 PM


10:00 PM - 6:00 AM


Must be able and willing to lift/push/pull up 15lbs


Must have reliable transportation

They will appreciate the cozy lobby, your warm welcome, and your efficiency in getting them checked in and pointed in the right direction. When they know you genuinely care about the quality of their stay, you are operating at a level of excellence.




WHAT YOU'LL DO



  • Perform all check-in and check-out tasks

  • Manage online and phone reservations

  • Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data

  • Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)

  • Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms

  • Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities

  • Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner

  • Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests' needs

  • Confirm group reservations for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests

  • Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate

  • Maintain updated records of bookings and payments

  • Willing to cross train

  • Start and maintain breakfast

  • Laundry when needed
