What you’ll do
As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be working hand in hand with the growth marketing department to ensure that the vision set forth is flawlessly executed. 686 believes in the “1% better every day” and “yes but how” mantras and you will be instrumental in making these promises come to life. Your role will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the customer journey and will be able to analyze data to identify key areas for growth and optimization. They will also be skilled in creating and executing effective campaigns across a variety of marketing channels, focusing on paid channels as well as owned channels like e-mail marketing.
How You’ll Do It
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy alongside the head of growth that drives traffic, conversion, and customer retention
- Analyze data bi-weekly to identify key areas for growth and optimization, and create actionable plans to address them
- Create and execute effective campaigns across multiple marketing channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with business goals and objectives
- Continuously test and optimize marketing campaigns to improve performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and identify opportunities to incorporate them into the marketing mix
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
- Experience creating and executing successful campaigns across multiple marketing channels
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
