About the Job:


The Stanley Brand Creative Team is looking for a skilled Graphic Production Artist to design and produce a wide range of print and digital communications for all facets of the Stanley brand, including, marketing, ecommerce, product creation, retail, social, events and sales.




This role requires a high level of knowledge and proficiency in graphic file preparation and production for print media, packaging, social media, website content, email, and digital media.


 


This is a temporary position and we anticipate it lasting 3 months. 




What You Will Do:



  • Provide design and production support for a variety of digital and print media, including email campaigns, website content, social media content, digital advertising, branding and brand guidelines, marketing collateral, catalogs, trade materials, sales presentations, packaging, and retail signage.

  • Use best-in-class design tools, techniques, and technologies to produce designed assets and artwork for use in presentations, publications, promotional materials, websites, emails, social media, and other mediums as needed.

  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders in creative, marketing, ecommerce, product, sales, and internal communications teams to produce and deliver world-class designed communications.

  • Participate in briefings, brainstorms, and discovery sessions with stakeholders and creatives, internal and external, to ensure all production requirements are considered and addressed.

  • Coordinate with other production designers to normalize output.

  • Work closely with designers and art directors to ensure all design output meets brand standards and criteria.

  • Manage multiple projects from concept to completion on varying timelines while communicating project status to managers, teammates, and stakeholders.




What You'll Bring:



  • In-depth knowledge of production principals and techniques for print and digital.

  • Expert visual design skills with a keen eye for typography.

  • Experience creating effective visual communications that adhere to brand guidelines.

  • Highly motivated and collaborative – taking ownership of projects and at the same time, being objective and responsive to feedback.

  • Self-motivated, able to take initiative with the ability to work independently when needed.

  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud – Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, and Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbally and visually.

  • Comfortable with ‘progression’ in the context of multiple iterations of testing and learning.

  • Proficient working in web-based platforms, like content management systems (CMS), email service providers (ESP), and digital asset management tools (DAM).

  • Working knowledge of social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X.

  • Strong organization, planning, communication, and time management skills.

  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work quickly and thoroughly.




Qualifications:



  • Degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Art, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

  • 3-5 years of professional graphic design or production experience.

  • Online portfolio representing current relevant work.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
