Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for German-speaking clients, including flights, hotels, and local transportation.
- Offer personalized travel advice and create customized itineraries based on clients' preferences and budget.
- Provide first-class customer service through timely and effective communication, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Resolve any travel-related issues, modifications, or cancellations efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions, bookings, and feedback for future reference.
- Stay informed about travel trends, destination highlights, and promotions to offer clients the best options available.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service delivery and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements - Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required.
- Experience in travel coordination, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and management tools is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide creative solutions promptly.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and adapt to a new cultural environment.
