Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel arrangements for German-speaking clients, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, travel options, and itineraries to suit clients' preferences and needs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service through various communication channels, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
- Address and resolve any travel-related issues or changes proactively to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions, bookings, and preferences.
- Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and airline regulations to enhance client recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and contribute to a cohesive working environment.
Requirements - Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential.
- Previous experience in travel coordination, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional client care.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and management software is an advantage.
