The General Manager is responsible for leading and directing location staff to achieve volume, revenue, income, and budget goals. They are accountable for the financial health of the business and every aspect within. A good Rental Manager thinks and behaves like an owner; with no job too big or too small, leading and guiding through example.


Job Requirements:
•    Enthusiast: Has a passion and understanding of the motorcycle lifestyle; a valid driver’s license with M1 endorsement required
•    Startup Mentality: Willing to work in the trenches without ego to build business
•    Experience as OEM or General Manager in motorcycle, automotive, marine, or related industry is preferred
•    Retail and Marketing Expertise: Advanced knowledge of retail sales, marketing, and operations
•    Goal-Oriented: Has a track record for meeting goals within established guidelines
•    Leadership skills: Able to hire, train, develop, and lead others to sales and operational success
•    Tech-Savvy: Is proficient in MS Office programs and can easily navigate web-based software applications
•    Fiscal Responsibility: Has experience managing divisional P&L among multiple profit centers
•    Bachelor’s Degree preferred
