We are currently looking to hire a motivated Finance Manager to join our team! 

Job Description

The Finance Manager is a key player in the finance organization responsible for managing all major stations (Hubs) within the aviation portfolio as an individual contributor. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, leadership, the ability to effectively communicate to both finance employees and business leaders, and the ability to perform with accuracy and integrity while working on tight deadlines.  This position will be highly visible within the organization and will need to be self-sufficient in performing financial duties.

Responsibilities

• Will manage a portfolio of Hubs supporting various operational leaders
• Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting financial results on a weekly/monthly basis
• Handle monthly analyses and reporting responsibilities, including functional spend and impact of initiatives
• Manages PnL during a close period and can identify correcting entries
• Maintain consistency and quality of support over to the corporate functions
• Gather and synthesize data across various parties and manage any un-uniformed data

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

• 3+ years of financial management/accounting experience
• BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics (Masters is a plus)
• Exceptional high technical skills with a required proficiency in excel and PowerPoint
• Proven work experience as a Finance Mgr, Sr. Financial Analyst, or similar role
• Hands-on experience with financial and statistical software
• Expertise in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas)
• Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts
• Relevant certification (e.g. CFA/CPA) is a plus
