About the opportunity:

We are seeking a contract Female Fit Model to add to our team. This individual will assist the Design and Development teams in ensuring tentree garments meet comfort and quality requirements by providing constructive feedback on garment fit.

This is a contractor role and hours will vary based on production schedule. Currently, we're looking for someone on a as needed basis which could range up to 6 hours per week, with a one hour minimum per booking. Fittings will be conducted during business hours, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm PST. A typical hourly wage for this position is $35 - $50 CAD per hour with the final offer based on your relevant experience.

• Be Comfortable standing for long periods of time while maintaining good posture.
• Can clearly communicate constructive feedback on the fit and function of a garment.
• Open to taking samples home for wear testing and providing written feedback as requested.
• Comfortable wearing all types of apparel in front of a group of people, including leggings, underwear, and bras.
• Comfortable with people cutting, pinning, and marking the samples while on the body.
• Able to change clothing quickly.
• Fit model experience is preferred
• Can track their own hours and submit invoices accordingly.
• Can maintain body specs within our size small size range

We need our candidates to meet and maintain the following fit model measurements:

• Bust circumference: 33”-35” (at widest point)
• Waist circumference: 25.5” – 27.5”
• Hip circumference: 35.5” - 37.5” (at widest point)
• Height: 5’7” - 5’8”
