We are a privately held marketing and client services company in the local area. We are responsible for developing marketing teams to lead clients into new markets, cities, and countries. This Entry Level Customer Service Assistant will be trained from the entry-level up to understand all aspects of running a business. Our mission at our firm is to bridge the gap between the product and the consumer with our professionally trained team.

Entry Level Customer Service Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales and marketing goals
  • Drive customer preference for our client’s products and loyalty to their brands
  • Ensure timely and accurate, two-way communication between the clients and the customer
  • Effective and efficient territory management, leading to customer segmentation and customer partnership for achievement of sales goals
  • Enhance distributor business and profitability

Entry Level Customer Service Assistant Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not necessary
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding work ethic
  • Demonstrated capacity to learn
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Reliable transportation
