QuietKat's ecommerce team is currently looking for a highly capable Ecommerce Operations Specialist to oversee a range of critical tasks that include maintaining integrations and APIs, optimizing order processing and inventory systems, and building and managing product listings across various websites and marketplaces.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating promotions and marketing campaigns across owned channels and the dealer network while also assisting in administrative tasks, such as coordinating new product launches, managing conversion optimization projects, and assessing new technologies.

Other essential responsibilities include optimizing online channels to ensure user satisfaction, maintaining ADA and privacy compliance, and managing all sales and marketing data and reporting requests. Additionally, the Ecommerce Specialist will monitor all orders, inventory feeds, and supplier compliance efforts, helping to ensure ecommerce operations run smoothly.

This position reports to the Manager, E-Commerce and allows you the flexibility to work from your home office or our HQ in Eagle, Colorado, or Bozeman, MT.

As the E-Commerce Specialist, you will have an opportunity to:
  • Maintain core elements of the e-commerce infrastructure, including integrations and APIs.
  • Monitor and optimize order entry, product feeds, and inventory systems.
  • Build and optimize product listings across our DTC and B2B websites and marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart.
  • Manage in-house Pro and Outfitter programs and discount levels.
  • Set up and maintain Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
  • Coordinate promotions and marketing campaigns across owned channels and our dealer network.
  • Audit online dealers for Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) violations, identifying promotional opportunities, and improving merchandising.
  • Assist the e-commerce team with administrative tasks, including coordinating new product launches, managing conversion optimization projects, reporting/analytics, project management, and assessing new technologies.
  • Optimize online channels to enhance user experiences, maintain ADA and privacy compliance, and improve core web vitals.
  • Manage all sales and marketing data and reporting requests (NS, Web, Etc.)
  • Monitor all E-comm orders through Celigo and NetSuite for automation errors.
  • Establish and maintain retail partner inventory feeds.
  • Monitor E-comm partners for un-authorized keyword targeting and MAP violations.
  • Monitor fraud prevention software and flagged orders.
  • Monitor DTC and E-comm inventory levels.
  • Monitor E-comm marketing automations and scripting for errors.
  • Monitor apps and integrations for errors and optimize where appropriate.
  • Review chargebacks and liaison with the CS team to respond.
You have:Β 
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a good command of the English language
  • Excellent understanding of E-commerce and website platforms (Shopify, HubSpot)
  • 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce operations
  • Proficient in Office 365 (preferred)
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
