Overview Hestra Gloves N.A. is seeking quailed applicants for the role of Ecommerce Manager. 

PositionThis position reports directly to the North American operations President. The position is a full-time exempt position and requires the individual to be onsite at our corporate offices. We do offer an optional one day per week work remote schedule. 

Education/ExperienceA minimum requirement of a 2 - 4-year college degree and a minimum of 2+ years of previous pertinent experience is required. 

Requirements: 

Managing and coordinating Hestra N.A. Ecommerce operations. 

Manage the backend of Hestra Gloves N.A.’s websites for: 

1.       Direct-to-consumer sales (D2C), including order flow between Centra ecommerce platform and NetSuite ERP system via various plugins; updating product details including images and descriptions; and managing pro sales and affiliate agency campaign websites. 

2.       Business-to-business sales (B2B), including order flow between Elastic sales platform and NetSuite ERP system. 

Managing Hestra N.A. MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) monitoring and enforcement. 

Works with regional sales reps to ensure all licensed HESTRA retailers abide by our unilateral MAP policy. 

 

Manage D2C digital marketing campaigns including SEM. 

Manage Elastic B2B web platform. 

 

Job Assignments 

·         Work as a liaison between the North American offices and the Swedish parent company. 

·         Work closely with Marketing Manager to align websites with marketing objectives. 

·         Develop and refine current and new Ecommerce processes and routines that closely align with our Swedish parent company. 

·         Closely track D2C and B2B Ecommerce order flow to identify, report, and repair any issues/glitches that arise. 

·         Review and defend consumer chargeback activity as necessary. 

·         Review and enforce MAP policy violations. 

Information Systems Candidate should demonstrate a strong understanding of: 

·         Microsoft 365 application suite with emphasis on Excel and Outlook 

·         Understanding of backend Ecommerce website management, order flow, and integrations with ERP and B2B software. WordPress, Elastic and NetSuite experience is beneficial. 

Compensation/Benefits Compensation is commensurate with experience. Benefits include:
