General Summary of Position Manages and administers the organization's International e-commerce business presence on marketplaces and internationally owned dot com properties. The position reports to the Director of E-commerce.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Oversees the implementation of marketing plans and campaigns meant to promote online sales of the organization's products and services outside the United States.
Working with various agencies and logistics providers (3PLs, Ad management, Shopify, Amazon) to grow the business within a massively expanding category.
Research industry and competitive trends and gathers data identifying specific new or underserved channels.
Administers online promotions, email campaigns, or social media outreach programs.
Collects data measuring campaign performance.
Modifies campaigns based on ROI analysis.
Works with the IT and web development teams to ensure that e-commerce sites are accessible and easy to navigate.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Bachelor's degree and/or at least 8 years of experience in ecommerce and online marketing
3-5 years of related experience
3-5 years experience with Excel and Google sheets
3-5 years of international ecommerce experience highly preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles
Performs complex tasks typically following established processes
Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures and may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change
Advanced knowledge with Google ads, Google analytics, SEO, Amazon DSP and Amazon advertising
Experience working with ecommerce platforms (Shopify preferred)
Background working with Amazon Seller and/or Vendor Central
Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Creative with the ability to influence others
Project management skills
Ability to plan and manage multiple projects

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

Open office environment – Primarily- Onsite Draper UT – 4/1 Hybrid
Evening and weekend work as job duties demand, especially in collaborating and syncing up with overseas partners
Domestic and International Travel up to 10% may be required
Occasionally requires lifting up to 25lbs as appropriate to perform duties and responsibilities
Lifting, bending, sitting, reaching, standing, manual dexterity may be required
