GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: The SCARPA N.A. (SNA) E-Commerce Coordinator (EC) is responsible for coordinating direct to consumer sales and supervising the day-to-day activities of the Customer Service team. The EC is an in-house sales specialist focused on direct sales customers, accounts, initiatives and operating procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise Customer Service team workflow, productivity, priorities, operating procedures, data, and schedules.
• Proficiency in customer service tasks and duties, including entering sales orders and consumer communications
• Responsible for training and support of new Customer Service Representatives (CSRs).
• Research and report generation from platforms, including an ERP, CDP, Email Platform, Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Responsible for maintaining and operating the e-commerce platform, including, promotions, store management, and testing.
• Assist DSM in managing 3rd party sales platforms (Expert Voice, OPL, Amazon, etc.).
• Assist DSM and Marketing Team to monitor and optimize SEM promotions.
• Ability to present and sell SCARPA products and programs to consumers and dealers.
• High level of proficiency with office computers and operating systems (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, NetSuite etc.).

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (following duties are required on all positions):
• Maintaining knowledge of SNA’s ERP, electronic communication and data systems.
• Maintain consumer support and technical product knowledge.
• Uphold SNA’s core values, mission and business goals.
• Follow all SNA policies and guidelines as noted in the Employee Handbook.

CUSTOMERS:

Internal: SNA Administrative and Sales staff, Operations team, Distribution Center, Marketing team and Product Services.

External: SNA Direct retail customers, wholesale dealers, professional customers, educational institutions and government agencies.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. /B.S.) from four-year College or university and two to five years related experience/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred: Experience with Excel report creation, Amazon Sellers Direct and e-commerce platform management, specifically, Magento platforms.

REQUIRED LICENSES, CERTIFICATES OR KNOWLEDGE:
Valid Driver’s License

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Lifting to 50lbs. Occasional light warehouse work. Occasional company scheduled outdoor activities.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Hybrid work schedule includes business office and remote working. Also, may include consumer events, trade shows and outdoor environments.
