Responsibilities

• Assist customers in planning and booking their travel itineraries in Dutch.
• Provide detailed information on travel packages, destinations, and accommodations.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a high level of professionalism.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, travel policies, and promotions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.

• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) mandatory.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using travel reservation systems and online platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
