Director, Sales Operations

This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office.

Whether it’s hotels, rental cars, flights, cruises or packages, our Lines of Business develop the relationships we need to generate great deals and then get them to Priceline customers -  so they can experience all the moments that matter to them.

In this role you will get to:

  • Operational Strategy: Analyze current operations in accommodations to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance productivity.

  • Data Analysis: Use data-driven insights to assess operational performance and recommend actionable solutions for improvement.

  • Project Management: Lead and support key operational projects across the company, defining success metrics and tracking performance.

  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, staying up to date on industry best practices and operational trends.

  • Process Improvement: Design, implement, and optimize scalable processes that drive efficiency and support company growth.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization (e.g., Supply, Product), identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and drive business value.


Who you are:

  • 10+ years of hands-on operations experience (experience in e-commerce is a plus, but not required).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, solve problems, and create actionable plans.

  • Expertise in turning complex processes into clear, actionable steps, with the project management skills to see them through from start to finish.

  • A self-starting attitude, comfortable taking the lead on projects independently.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A passion for both big-picture strategy and hands-on, day-to-day details.

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with many moving parts.

  • A humble, growth-oriented mindset, always eager to learn and improve.

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

  • Illustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline:  Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.

The salary range for this position is $170,000-$215,000

Flexible work at Priceline

Priceline is following a hybrid working model, which includes two days onsite as determined by you and your manager (ideally selecting among Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). On the remaining days, you can choose to be remote or in the office.
