Director of Clinical Partnerships

Salary Range $90,000 - $120,000 a year (Depending on experience)

Embark is a unique organization comprised of an extraordinary national network of premier therapeutic treatment programs, all dedicated to reversing the increasing trends in adolescent anxiety, depression, and suicide in the U.S.

 

The outreach professional titled, Director of Clinical Partnerships, represents a national leader in mental health and promotes a full continuum of care including, long and short-term residential treatment, intensive outpatient, partial hospital, wilderness therapy, and outpatient services. The position works from home (hybrid) and out in the field (Livingston, NJ) to create interest in Embarks full continuum of care that results in families getting the services they need.









Responsibilities






  • Position self and company as a valuable source of information/services for all things related to adolescent and young adult mental health.
  • Conduct daily face to face marketing meetings, attend networking events, sponsor events, and engage in other promotional and outreach activities that drive interest, awareness and leads.
  • Initiate phone, mail, email, and social media campaigns to help professionals (therapists, psychiatrists, schools, hospitals, and other providers) learn about Embark services.
  • Act as consultant for professionals and families looking to access services for adolescents.
  • Interface with admissions to ensure seamless customer experience and drive conversions.
  • Become knowledgeable of all Embark programs.
  • Daily use of a customer relations management system (Salesforce).
  • Participate in team and weekly meetings.
  • Bring a growth mindset with passion, dedication, and measurable results.








Qualifications






  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
  • Pay and bonus commensurate with experience.
