We are seeking an experienced Director, Growth Marketing to join our Outdoor Performance platform which consists of Bushnell, Blackhawk, Camp Chef, Primos, Simms Fishing, Stone Glacier, and other outdoor accessory brands. The Outdoor Performance strategic priorities are to be consumer-first focused, lead with power brands, and invest inwards. We will build the Outdoor Performance business by creating focus and power with the consumer. This position will be part of our Direct-to-Consumer leadership team that will focus on driving growth by enabling exceptional consumer experiences. 

As the Director of Growth Marketing, your leadership, strategic thinking, and creativity will be instrumental in driving the Outdoor Performance growth and staying ahead in a competitive market landscape. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.

This position reports to the Vice President, Direct-to-Consumer, and is based out of Logan, Utah.

As the Director of Growth Marketing, you will have the opportunity to: 

  • Drive traffic through paid and organic channels.

  • Drive customer retention and loyalty.

  • Acquire new customers.

  • Partner with brand marketing to manage full funnel tactics to drive conversion. 

  • Lead and manage effective growth marketing strategies that ensure both short and long-term profitable digital marketing investments across the platform.

  • Develop and lead best-in-class customer retention and acquisition marketing strategies.

  • Ensure the customer’s journey from advertisement to conversion is on brand and effective in meeting performance marketing objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

  • Travel to office as needed. 

You have: 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related area.

  • Minimum (5) years of experience building profitable online advertising programs.

  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing project management experience.

  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Proven leadership and team management skills derived from having direct responsibility for building and managing a cohesive, high-performing team.

  • Big-picture thinker and experience in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

  • In-depth experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics Studio, Google, and SEM platforms.

  • Excellent creative, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Pay Range:$124,200.00 - $196,800.00


The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
