Essential Functions:




  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, and online chat

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage a high volume of calls, emails, and online chats during peak sale periods

  • Use multiple software systems and applications to ensure customer service orders and repair tickets are completed accurately and on time.

  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a multi-task customer service environment

  • Work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong decision-making ability

  • Problem-solving skills


Qualifications:



  • Ability to communicate, listen, and engage effectively with customers

  • Must deliver customer-centric solutions while achieving results, even under tough circumstances

  • Knowledge of the ski industry is a plus

  • Customer service experience

  • Willingness to learn, grow, and embrace change

  • Passion for snow.

  • Schedule availability to fit a retail work schedule

Budgeted range starts at: $15-$20/hour. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
