Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation: Starting wage $21.00, adjusted based on experience.

Job Summary:
Killington Resort’s Digital Content Coordinator is a key member of the visual storytelling team at The Beast of the East. The successful candidate will shoot, edit and produce innovative, on-brief video and still photo content for a host of marketing and communications needs.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Assist the creative team in creating scripts, shot lists and creative vision of video edits and photo shoots based on campaign objectives.
- Assignments range from news, action sports, events, experiential and more.
- Assist in managing shoot logistics from coordinating locations, models and logistics.
- Assemble raw material into a finished product which meets campaign objectives.
- Short clips (1 to 3 minutes) may be required same day therefore, the staff member must be efficient and have an eye for quality video production.
- Assist in managing Killington’s digital asset management system keeping assets current and available to stakeholders.
- Assist in maintaining current website photo and video galleries at the direction of the marketing manager and in collaboration with other team members.
- Assist in managing digital merchandising space within website and digital displays to promote products and services.
- Assist in coordination and production of third-party photo shoots as needed.
- Assist with graphic design projects based on project schedule and deadlines.
- Willing and able to work guest facing and customer service roles during busy periods.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Digital content coordinator should have at least 2-3 years’ experience in video and or photography. or other appropriate field, plus a combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must have extensive skiing/snowboarding and mountain biking experience (advanced intermediate or above level skier or snowboarder) and knowledge of skiing/snowboarding/mountain biking terminology.
- Familiarity with ski industry and Killington Resort required.
- Skilled in Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop
- Ability to work cooperatively with other company personnel
- Strong organization and communications skills required
- Ability to communicate effectively with company management, outside sponsors, third parties and volunteers
- Must be available to regularly work weekends and holidays and occasionally outside of normal office hours.
