Responsibilities

  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Data entry in various platforms
  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • Resolving customer issues
  • Providing product/service information
  • Handling customer transactions
  • Maintaining customer records
  • Escalating complex issues
  • Demonstrating empathy and patience
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Providing feedback and suggestions
  • Maintaining knowledge base

Qualifications

  • At least 1 - 3 years' BPO experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Amenable to work onsite
