As a Creative Manager, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, responsible for managing creative projects and campaigns that help us reach our target audience.
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our marketing team as a Creative Manager. In this role, you will manage all creative projects and campaigns, ensuring they align with our brand standards and meet our business objectives. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts across multiple channels, including video, social media, digital assets, and print.

What does a Creative Manager do?
You will be involved in the following activities:
- Manage the development and execution of all creative projects and campaigns, including video creation, social media campaigns, digital assets, and print.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with our brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that are engaging, memorable, and effective.
- Manage the creative team, including designers, writers, and video producers, and ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Support multiple divisions within the organization, providing creative direction and guidance as needed.
- Maintain a high level of efficiency and productivity, while ensuring quality and accuracy in all creative work.

In your first 6 months, you will:
- Develop a comprehensive social media strategy with research to support finding target audiences and posting schedule
- Identify and implement a project management systems to guide efforts and inform team and resource management
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to support marketing efforts
- Identify key metrics for the creative department to objectively measure success and impact on the school mission
