We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Workplace Host to serve as an ambassador for our banking client’s unique interactive curatorial experience, engaging with their customers, general public and associated communities to promote and deliver a museum experience that enhances their brand, values and purpose. This Full Time opportunity is located in the Melbourne CBD and is part of the broader Workplace Experience team located in corporate offices nearby.
This role will have you become the subject matter expert of the museum’s exhibition, delivering a comprehensive curatorial experience about our client’s history to all visitors, making each encounter engaging and educational.
The Museum Lead will manage tour bookings to a daily schedule and event reservations on site from end to end, in coordination with the broader corporate host and hospitality teams, with regular collaboration with the property services and onsite retail banking team, to ensure a safe and compliant environment is provided at all times, for all visitors.
In addition, the role will be responsible for the critical function of collaborating with neighbouring entities and relevant historical and tour guide organisations, as they build and maintain strong working relationships with such groups to ensure all activities are managed and delivered seamlessly (including the delivery of soft services, such as cleaning).
To bring all of this together, the Museum Lead will work with our client’s technology support teams to ensure all audio-visual equipment and content is the museum exhibition is maintained and working at all times.
