ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Empower Adventures challenges you to step outside of your comfort zone with our exciting and fun ziplining course located in Oldsmar, Florida. With over 3,000 feet of zip lines through the bayou wilderness of Tampa Bay. Empower Adventures aims to get you outside of your comfort zone and conducts team building events in the Tampa Bay region and beyond.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Content Creator will assist with creating engaging content that will go on Empower Adventures social media channels, website and other digital platforms.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Create and post engaging social media content to all of the Empower Adventures social media channels


• Have the ability to travel to and be onsite at Empower Adventures 2-3 days per week


• Work and collaborate with a team to generate content to tell the story of Empower Adventures


• Report on engagement, analytics and impact of content that is being created and posted


• Monitor and respond to social media messages and engage with users


• Complete other tasks as assigned by President of Empower Adventures and SFC Director of Marketing

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 years of experience working with social media platforms and creating content


• Experience with social media management software/programs such as Sprout, Hootsuite, etc. is a plus


• Experience creating content on both a phone and with a DSLR camera


• Ability to climb up ladders and work in a zip lining environment


• Experience using Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms


• Must be creative with an eye for details


• Experience with sports, customer service or the hospitality industry is a plus


• Must be a team player and someone who is willing to jump in and help with multiple projects


• Must be a critical thinker


• Must have great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
