As a Vacation Associate, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and assist clients in planning and booking their dream vacations. Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Engage with clients remotely via phone, email, or video conferencing to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget for their vacation.
Destination Research: Utilize your knowledge of travel destinations, as well as online resources and industry databases, to research and recommend suitable vacation options tailored to each client's preferences.
Itinerary Planning: Design customized vacation itineraries that include transportation, accommodation, activities, tours, and other services based on the client's interests and budget.
Booking Coordination: Assist clients in booking flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel-related services, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Travel Documentation: Guide clients through the process of obtaining necessary travel documents such as passports, visas, travel insurance, and health certificates, providing support and assistance as needed.
Customer Service: Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the booking process, addressing any questions, concerns, or special requests promptly and professionally.
Sales and Marketing: Promote our travel services and packages to generate leads, attract new clients, and expand our customer base through various marketing channels, including social media, networking, and referrals.
Passion for Travel: Genuine enthusiasm for travel and a strong desire to help clients create memorable vacation experiences.
Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey travel options, provide recommendations, and build rapport with clients effectively.
Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or travel-related roles is preferred but not required. Motivated individuals with a passion for travel and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and proactively seek out new business opportunities, meet sales targets, and achieve personal and team goals.
