Our Concierge Team is made up of our VIP and First & Last Team Members
The VIP Team will:
- Guide guests to having their best day at the park
- Working the VIP Room to get guests ready for Behind the Scenes and Meet & Greet Experiences
- Helping Ultimate Weekend guests through their Wildly Different Weekend
- Upsell experiences and merchandise
- Be knowledgeable of all season pass memberships
- Assist visitors with questions during their visit to the Park
- Be a representative of Tanganyika and its values
- Perfect role for someone who enjoys working independently
The First and Last Team will:
- Welcome guests to the park through ticketing and admission
- Interact with guests and ensure they had a great day before leaving
- Upsell experiences and merchandise
- Keep Gift Shop merchandise tidy and stocked at opening, closing and throughout the day
- Handle guest’s questions in person and on the phone
- Be a representative of Tanganyika and its values
- Perfect role for someone who enjoys working in a team dynamic
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting hourly rate of $11.50/hr
