As a Remote Client Service Travel Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients while delivering unparalleled service. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their travel preferences, and curating personalized itineraries to meet their needs and desires.

  2. Travel Planning: Utilize your expertise in travel logistics to research destinations, accommodation, transportation options, and activities, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for clients.

  3. Communication Excellence: Engage with clients via various channels including email, phone calls, and virtual meetings, providing expert guidance, answering inquiries, and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.

  4. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with travel vendors such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators to secure bookings, negotiate rates, and resolve any issues that may arise during the travel planning process.

  5. Problem Solving: Proactively anticipate and troubleshoot any potential issues or challenges related to travel arrangements, offering creative solutions to ensure client satisfaction.

  6. Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling additional travel services or packages, maximizing revenue potential and enhancing the overall client experience.



Requirements
