Are you ready to have the summer of a lifetime? We’re on the lookout for energetic and responsible individuals who are passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for campers! As a Lead Camp Counselor, you’ll be at the heart of the action, overseeing exciting activities and ensuring that every camper has a blast while feeling safe and supported. 
 
Your Mission: 
Lead a group of enthusiastic campers through a variety of thrilling activities, from sports and games to arts and crafts, ensuring every day is filled with laughter and joy. Work hand-in-hand with our amazing camp staff to design and implement engaging programs that encourage creativity, teamwork, and a sense of community. 
 
What You’ll Do: 
- Be the Fun Leader: Guide campers in daily adventures and challenges that spark joy and promote physical activity. 
- Creative Genius: Plan and roll out age-appropriate games and activities that inspire creativity and social interaction. 
- Safety First: Keep a watchful eye on campers to ensure their safety and well-being during all activities and transitions. 
- Encouragement Expert: Foster a positive environment by supporting campers, promoting good behavior, and helping them build friendships. 
- Team Player: Assist with setting up and cleaning up camp activities, keeping everything organized and ready for fun. 
- Communication Pro: Stay connected with campers, parents, and fellow staff, providing updates and addressing any concerns with a smile. 
- Role Model: Be a source of enthusiasm, leadership, and professionalism, inspiring campers every day. 
- Collaborate & Innovate: Participate in staff training and meetings, sharing your ideas to enhance the camp experience for everyone. 
 
What You Bring: 
- A high school diploma or equivalent. 
- Experience working with children in camp, recreational, or educational settings (encouraged but not required) 
- Strong leadership and communication skills that can engage and motivate. 
- A genuine enthusiasm for working with kids and creating an inclusive environment. 
- Team spirit and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic setting. 
- CPR and First Aid (Certification dates available)
- A background check clearance (required). 
 
Availability: 
This is a full-time role and the chance to work occasional evenings and weekends for special events.
