-Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree; OR appropriate combination of education and experience
-2+ years functional/business/system analysis or other relevant experience required

Our Enterprise IT team is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team to help us start projects smoother. Enterprise IT provides the core technical services and capabilities for CWTβs business and products. From strategic initiatives in every region to customer facing applications, business systems and employee centric tools. Enterprise IT provides the technical expertise and 24x7x365 support to keep our business running. Youβll play a key role in facilitating new initiatives that will continue our business growth!
-Documents, analyzes and assesses the functional requirements for business applications. Identifies gaps and alternative approaches to meet requirements, and ensures all deliverables completed.Β Often facilitates working groups in this capacity.
-Conducts project requirement meetings to identify and assess the requirements of the Project Sponsor(s)
-Evaluates, selects and utilizes end-user desktop software to fulfill the Project Sponsor's project requirements; consults with functional users and technical and reporting staff to determine best approaches, ensuring that approved solutions are implemented in a timely and correct fashion
-Estimates the cost to complete the project and prepare a project plan.
-Designs, constructs, tests, documents, and implements automation solutions to meet the Project Sponsor's requirements, utilizing existing desktop computing resources, or to implement development changes
-Transfers project knowledge to the Project Sponsor to promote self-sufficiency.
-Evaluates new end-user desktop software or hardware for potential CWT utilization
-Gathers and assimilates all available existing documentation/intelligence if applicable, and periodically reviewing them to integrate appropriate industry practices
-Interviews SME's and key stakeholders to gather business requirements
-Documents, coordinates, and facilitates discussion of the business requirements document
-Assists in the identification of potential solutions to business problems with the team
-Provides improvement recommendations on business processes and system design
-May coordinate IT planning activities with IT and business
-Trains and/or mentors other team members, peers and clients as appropriate
