The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for crafting and communicating QuietKat’s brand messaging across PR, traditional media, trade communications, ambassador, digital and event channels.
This position reports to the Director of Marketing and Ecommerce and is based out of our Eagle, CO office.
As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will have an opportunity to:
- Lead strategy and manage all communications directly related to the brand, launch of new products and programs
- Direct public relations efforts to ensure reach and success of QuietKat brand messaging across paid and earned media channels
- Develop and manage robust consumer research and market insights program
- Manage organic social media channel strategy
- Manage content strategy and content production teams and external partners
- Manage multifaceted strategic partnerships including collaborations with industry leading brands and non-profits
- Partner with the DTC team to execute promotional strategies and content creation
- Develop crisis management plan
- Manage branding and standards across all channels
- Partner with the sales team to drive marketing messages at retail partner locations
- Develop and manage retail marketing assets
- Manage and maintain company marketing assets
- Other Duties as assigned
You have:
- 5-7 years’ experience in content production, brand marketing communication, advertising or related roles
- Well-developed strategic and tactical business acumen with clear understanding of key business drivers
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication and influencing skills
- Professional presence
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written skills
- Personal and/or professional experience in our industry or a related industry
- Specific experience in PR, ambassador management and events
- The ability to drive a company vehicle and trailer to event
You may have:
- Previous experience in the outdoor industry or a related field

Pay Range:$80,700.00 - $126,300.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
