AmTrav is, firstly, a growing business travel management company with an emphasis on the personal. We bring people together and help people get more done. How? By using superior technology to disrupt our legacy industry and bring it into the 21st century, without sacrificing the human touch. Really. Job Description
We’re looking for an Associate Relationship Manager who’s passionate about client service and eager to grow their career in the travel industry. As an Associate Relationship Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for 50+ accounts, each with an approximately annual travel spend that is less than $250K. You are the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring their satisfaction and success. Your primary responsibilities will include answering account questions, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to grow additional services that enhance our clients’ travel programs.

While AmTrav has operated as a fully remote company, TravelPerk embraces an IRL-first approach and we are embracing that philosophy moving forward. All future hires are expected to work in person 3 days a week. As such, you’ll need to be within commuting distance of our Chicago hub. Meeting in person strengthens connectivity, productivity, and creativity, making us a better workplace overall and has the added benefit of building bridges

Salary: Starting at $55,000 based on previous experience, plus incentives.
