We are recruitingΒ a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to manage and facilitate travel arrangements for our employees.


Duties & Responsibilities


  • Book and coordinate all aspects of employee travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

  • Assist employees in the visa application process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.

  • Provide support to employees in resolving travel-related issues or emergencies, such as flight cancellations, missed connections, and lost luggage.

  • Maintain attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all travel arrangements and documentation.

  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office to manage travel itineraries and maintain records.

  • Demonstrate good geographical knowledge to provide accurate travel advice and recommendations.

  • Manage time effectively, multi-task, and work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.

  • Exhibit strong organizational skills to maintain records and files in an orderly manner.

  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with employees and external vendors.

  • Maintain a friendly, polite, and professional demeanour while interacting with employees and stakeholders.

  • Work independently while being an integral part of the team, contributing to a positive team environment.

  • Be flexible and adaptable to accommodate employee travel needs as required.


Desired Experience & Qualification


  • Minimum of 3 years of travel consulting experience with expertise in the Galileo system.

  • Strong knowledge of travel booking procedures and best practices.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Good geographical travel knowledge is essential.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.

  • A friendly, polite, and professional demeanour.
