YOU:
You are an exceptionally diverse Designer who has a knack for marketing. You LOVE vibe & style. You SCOUR social media looking for the new looks. You want to be on a team of SOLID players dominating the marketing game & bouncing ideas around. You want to make a difference & play a part in keeping this HUGE American iconic brand in good style.
THE ROLE:
Telling the stories of our brand & products:
- Conceptualizing briefs for our content team to photograph
- Pulling/collecting tears to support concepts
- Identify trends in the outdoor, sporting, & housewares industry
- Assisting in the overall look & feel of our brand: POP/Labeling, Corp ID, store merchandise.
YOU ARE:
- You are a HUNTER of cool finds… You might find yourself at the Long Beach Veterans swap meet every month or swiping through the digital feed finding cool stuff to put on your wish list.
- You have style & are passionate about the way things look.
- You are a somewhat of an outdoor person. You like the sun on your face & sand in your toes.
- You can communicate & play well with others.
- You are someone who NEVER has to be told that YouTubing, printing out an encyclopedia for personal reasons, & other tomfoolery openly around senior management is probably a bad idea.
- Illustration talent is extra credit.
MUST HAVES:
- You MUST HAVE a BA/BS degree or 4 years equivalent experience.
- You MUST HAVE at have at least 5 years working in graphic design for a consumer goods brand with a focus on digital communications.
- You MUST HAVE great people skills to manage a team.
- You MUST know Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.
- YOU MUST HAVE A GREAT ATTITUDE!
- You must be skilled in traditional design disciplines: color, layout, eye for detail, makin' stuff look good.
- You must understand the basics of things associated: how to use a Macintosh computer, how to print stuff, how to use a telephone… how to get to work.

We have done a full CARDIOPULMONARY RESUSCITATION of the brand. All Igloo Innovation & Marketing has moved to Irvine, Ca. We are fun, innovative, experienced, energetic, & diligent. We turned a WV Bus into a Playmate cooler van! We have the most incredible humans working here. Your involvement will make a difference.
The starting base pay for this role is between $100,000 and $115,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, location, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
