AREA SALES MANAGER – HAMPTON INN & SUITES MAUI, MAUI SEASIDE HOTEL, PAIA INN
We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager at the newest Hampton Inn & Suites Maui – Opening April 2025 along with overseeing the Sales efforts at Maui Seaside Hotel and Paia Inn. You are a strong leader, who knows how to sell and exceed sales goals and expectations. You will be tasked with creating and implementing innovative strategies to enhance revenue streams and elevate sales and marketing efforts for all market segments including corporate, social, wholesale, association, wedding, meetings & events, and more. You are excited to work at hotels where you enable groups to connect to the island, local culture, and community, and where the team is inspired to bring their best every day to ensure a great experience is had by all.

Responsibilities
As the Area Sales Manager, you will plan, manage, and lead the Sales efforts, to achieve guest satisfaction and meet/exceed sales, revenue and profit objectives. You will be responsible for short- and long-term planning and day-to-day operations of the sales business. In addition, you will assist the General Manager, Corporate Director of Sales and property executive team in preparation of the marketing, advertising, sales plans, programs, and annual budget.
