Posting of banks
Accounts receivable accounting
Accounts payable accounting
Responsible for payment runs
Travel expenses accounting with Lexware
Master data management
Preparation of month end close
Recognition of accruals
Recognition of prepaid expenses
Posting of salaries and social security
Posting of cash register
Upload data to Cognos (reporting software)
(Will familiarize with all accounting topics by experienced accountants)

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Education as tax clerk or equivalent training
At least 3 years of work experience as an accountant
Knowledge of German GAAP
Knowledge of German VAT
You speak German fluently C1 or C2
You are fluent in English B2

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, ETC.:

SAGE knowledge would be desirable or other bookkeeping system

German fluent
