We’re hiring a Baker II to Live. Work. Explore. at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon!

Job Summary:

The basic function of this position is to prepare baked items for the dining rooms and special functions.

The Details:

Postion Type: Full-Time, Year-Round Start Date: 2/12/2026 Pay: $17.45 per hour

• Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities:

Knowledge of recipe reading, knows measurements and possesses scaling ability Good piping skills Plate scaping Daily dessert set-up Daily dessert production Bread production

• Maintain standards of cleanliness

Qualifications:

Previous experience in volume production Ability to work on several tasks at once in a timely manner with minimal supervision

• Follows written and verbal direction well

Flexible schedule, ability to rotate between AM and PM shifts as needed Ability to scale up/down recipe quantities Knowledge of recipe reading and measurement

Physical Requirements:

Occasionally: Sit, climb, crawl, lift/carry up to 100lbs. Frequently: Reach above the shoulder, squat/kneel, lift/carry up to 50lbs, push/pull up to 40lbs.
